My first residence was a collaborative effort between my aunt Kausalya Dayaram, an interior designer and myself in evolving a small town house in the heart of Bangalore.

Set just off busy Mahatma Gandhi road, it is still able to enjoy the quietness 35 years later, even with the intense activity all around. The house has managed to keep its aloofness and greenery that it is enveloped in.
