Devon estate consists of 1200 acres of coffee and tea. The estate is well over 100 years old and developed by an Englishman-hence the name. The present owners were keen to build a guest bungalow due to the lack of accommodation in this area.

The site chosen was at an elevated part of the estate with tea growing all around it. The design is inspired from an old tea garden bungalow that had high roofs and overlooked the gardens. In this instance there is also a large terrace that looks east and one can witness the sunrise. With majestic views all around the guest house, the occupants can enjoy country living.
