It is important to recognize the incredible variety of buildings in India. In my travels to Kerala, the abundant number of shrines and temples in the countryside made me want to write about them. 'Glimpses of Architecture in Kerala' was published by Rupa in 2006.
The process of writing has helped clarify thoughts on projects and generated a journal that has now been transformed into this website. Two other books 'Sushila' and 'Glimpses of Architecture' were published privately.
